The Company will provide or arrange for accessible formats or communication supports, on request, to ensure the ability of disabled persons to provide feedback.

The Company will review, assess, and analyze feedback (including complaints) received and will take action as and if appropriate to improve its provision of goods, services and facilities to persons with disabilities.

Acknowledgement of feedback provided, along with any resulting actions, taken by the Company will be communicated as and where appropriate.
